Interface

I2C Interface
The I2C-bus is for bi-directional, two-line communication between different ICs or modules. The two lines are the Serial Data Line (I2C_SDA) and Serial Clock Line (I2C_SCL). Both lines mustbe connected to a positive power supply via pull-up resistors. Data transfer can be initiated only whenthe bus is not busy. The acknowledge takes place after every byte. The acknowledge bit allowsthe receiver to signal the transmitter that the byte was successfully received and another byte maybe sent. The master generates all clock pulses, including the ninth acknowledge clockpulse.
